How do I track my order?
Tracking information will be sent directly from the site once your order is fulfilled and scanned through delivery company. If you have further questions, customers can contact us via email to check status of orders. Contact information is listed under "How can I contact you" section. Please include name and details of purchase in your email.
What are my delivery options?
Merchandise will be delivered via United States Postal Services or Fedex. For customers in St. Louis, MO, *most* orders are available for drop off/pickup (*these drop offs are only in place when there is a mutual agreement between owner and customer.)
Can I return an item?
As of now, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Due to boutique-style business, there is limited availability of products and sizes. For additional assistance, please contact us with any questions or concerns regarding this policy or any issues with your order.
***All digital products are non-refundable (i.e., vendors list, e-books, etc.) Please make sure you understand what you are ordering prior to completing all orders!

Do you provide International delivery?
signedPOSH does provide international delivery at an additional shipping fee.
Pick-up/ Drop-off's - No shipping fee.
Domestic orders under $75 - shipping fee $5
Domestic orders $75+ - free shipping!
ALL international orders - $12 shipping fee
When will I receive my order?
Please allow 1-2 days for processing and 2-3 days for shipping. In most cases, orders are processed on the same day that the orders are placed, and shipped out the following day. Tracking information will be emailed once the order is fulfilled.
